Can I return mattresses at IKEA Wien Westbahnhof?

At IKEA Wien Westbahnhof we cannot take back mattresses.

Since our storage space at IKEA Wien Westbahnhof is very limited, we cannot take your mattress back.

You can drop off your old mattress for free at any other IKEA store when you buy a new mattress. If you have a mattress delivered, you can order a pick-up of your old mattress.
