Can I arrange an online return with IKEA if I purchased the items at an IKEA store?
Yes. You can also arrange an online return or collection for items purchased at an IKEA store. Alternatively, you can return the items directly to an IKEA store.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Enter your proof of purchase in the returns form. If you have an IKEA Family profile, you can sign in to select your purchases more quickly – your details will be filled in automatically.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Enter the reason for the return for each item.
- Choose how you want to return your items. You can choose between a parcel return and collection by a delivery service for larger items.
- Enter your contact and collection details so that we can arrange the return.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- The IKEA return conditions apply to all returns.
- Different return options are available depending on the size of the item.
