Can I make a return online even though I bought the items in the furniture store?
Yes! You can also arrange a pick-up for items that you have bought in the furniture store.
IKEA makes it easy to return or exchange products. You have 365 days to exchange your product, whether it's packed, unpacked or assembled.
If you don't have the option to return your product to a store, we also offer a pick-up service from your home for a fee. Read more about this in our returns policy.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
