Can I return a product at an IKEA pick-up location?
Pick-up stations generally do not offer the possibility to return items
It is not possible to exchange or claim items directly at our pick-up stations, pick-up boxes or planning studios. Please use our customer service desks in one of our stores or the online return form in your IKEA profile.
