Can I return a product at an IKEA collection point?
Products cannot be returned, exchanged or claimed at IKEA collection points, pick-up lockers or Planning Studios.

For a return or claim, you can use one of the following options:
- the Customer Service desk at an IKEA store
- the online returns form in your IKEA profile
