What delivery options does IKEA offer?

IKEA offers standard delivery, standard parcel delivery and click & collect. Parcel delivery is ideal for smaller items that can be sent by post, and with Click & Collect, you can pick up your order yourself at an IKEA store or at a pick-up point.

Standard Delivery

  • This option brings your order directly to your address.
  • It’s especially suitable for larger orders when you need help bringing products into your home. The delivery driver will carry the items into your home and place them in the room you choose.
  • This service is provided in a 4–6 hour delivery window depending on your postcode. You will also be notified 30–60 minutes before delivery.

Standard Parcel Delivery

  • Ideal for smaller orders such as accessories or home décor where the total weight does not exceed 56 kg, the length does not exceed 200 cm, and the combined girth measure does not exceed 300 cm.
  • The delivery date shown is an estimated date. Parcels will be delivered within the provided estimated delivery window; please note there may be deviations.
  • Parcel orders are delivered to the address you provide, with the option to give a "leave authorization" if a safe drop‑off location is available.

Click & Collect

  • With Click & Collect you can pick up your order at an IKEA store.
  • Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an SMS or email with instructions on how and where to collect it.
  • You must bring a photo ID and proof of purchase to collect your order.
  • If someone else collects the order for you, that person must bring the original order confirmation or invoice, a signed authorization, and a photo ID.
  • Please collect your Click & Collect order during the time slot you booked.

Click & Collect Nearby (CCNY)

  • Ideal for customers who live further away from an IKEA store.
  • This service saves you travel time by letting you pick up your order at one of the local collection points.
  • During the online ordering process choose a suitable date and pick‑up location from the available list.
