Can I return a product to the store?

If you have purchased from IKEA Austria online or in a store, you can return your product to any IKEA store in Austria.

Please note that you can only return IKEA products that you have purchased in Austria from an IKEA store or online on the IKEA homepage.
Along with the proof of purchase, simply take your product to the return and exchange counter near the exit behind the checkouts.
To speed up the process, you can use the IKEA Express Return Service . To do this, fill out your return details online before your visit, so you save time and can skip the queue. Simply enter your proof of purchase or order confirmation, select the items you want to return, and state the reason for the return. You will receive a barcode that you can scan in the store within 14 days.
The express return service is limited to a maximum of 10 items. If you would like to return 10 or fewer items, you can fill out the online form and submit by following the Instructions given here.
