Can I cancel or return a custom-made IKEA worktop?
A custom-made stone worktop can generally no longer be cancelled once the order has been placed and the product has been booked. After delivery, a return is possible under certain conditions.
For a custom-made stone worktop, special conditions apply to cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Can the order be cancelled?
Cancellation is generally no longer possible once:
- the order for the custom-made worktop has been placed
- and the product has been booked
2. Can the worktop be returned after delivery?
Yes. Once delivered, you can return the custom-made stone worktop to any IKEA store in Austria. Alternatively, you can arrange a paid collection service.
3. What will be refunded when the worktop is returned?
The refund will be issued exclusively in the form of an IKEA refund card.
The following will be refunded:
- the purchase price of the custom-made worktop
The following will not be refunded:
- delivery costs
- measuring service costs
4. What happens if the delivery is not accepted?
You can refuse to accept the custom-made worktop upon delivery.
Please note: In this case, no refund will be issued. The purchase price of the custom-made worktop will also not be refunded.
