Can I cancel or return a made-to-measure IKEA worktop?
A made-to-measure stone worktop generally cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and the goods have been booked. However, you can return the made-to-measure worktop after delivery.
Special conditions apply to the cancellation, return and refund of made-to-measure stone worktops.
1. Can I cancel the order?
Cancellation is generally no longer possible once:
- the order for the made-to-measure worktop has been placed
- and the goods have been booked
2. Can I return the worktop after delivery?
Yes. Once the worktop has been delivered, you can return it to any IKEA store in Austria. Alternatively, you can arrange a paid collection service.
3. What will be refunded if I return the worktop?
The refund will be issued exclusively on an IKEA refund card.
The following will be refunded:
- the value of the made-to-measure worktop
The following will not be refunded:
- delivery costs
- measurement costs
4. What happens if I refuse the delivery?
You can refuse to accept the made-to-measure worktop when it is delivered.
Please note: In this case, no refund will be issued – including the value of the made-to-measure worktop.
