Can I return an unused IKEA product after more than 365 days?
Yes. Under certain conditions, you may still be able to return an unused IKEA product after more than 365 days.
Under certain conditions, we can accept the product and refund its value in the form of an IKEA refund card.
How it works
- Check the condition of the product
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. - Bring proof of purchase
A return is only possible with proof of purchase, such as: - your receipt or invoice
- your order number
- or your IKEA Family card, if you used it when making the purchase
- Return the product to an IKEA store
- Receive the refund in the form of an IKEA refund card
Good to know
- Returns and complaints are only possible with proof of purchase.
- Mattresses and electrical appliances are excluded from this arrangement.
- This is a goodwill offer and therefore only applies to unused products in their original packaging with one of the proofs of purchase listed above.
Please note: Returns and complaints can only be processed with proof of purchase, such as your receipt, order number or IKEA Family card if you used it when making the purchase. Mattresses are excluded and can only be returned as part of the 90-day mattress trial. Electrical appliances can only be returned in their original packaging.
