I bought my product more than 365 days ago and have not used it, can I still return it?
If the product is in its original packaging and unused, we have a policy of always trying to support you.
We will take the product back and refund you the value of the goods in the form of an IKEA gift card.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
