How long is the warranty for my product?

All our products are tested before they are sold.

If something doesn't work as expected or you notice a quality defect over time, you can rely on the extended warranty time on some products - in addition to the 2-year legal warranty.

Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
