RETURNS ACROSS COUNTRY BORDERS
IKEA products can only be returned in the country where they were purchased. Products purchased abroad therefore cannot be returned at an IKEA store in Austria – and vice versa.
This applies to purchases made both at an IKEA store and through the respective country's online shop. Each country has its own prices, article numbers and return conditions.
TIP
If you purchased your product outside Austria, you can contact IKEA Customer Service in the country where you made the purchase.
