I paid for more items than I bought, what should I do?
If you have paid for more items than you have taken with you, please contact customer service on site.
If you have paid for more items than you have taken with you, please contact customer service directly after your purchase at the store. Please note that you must contact the colleagues on the same day. It is not possible for us to check your purchase at a later date.
If you have forgotten items at the checkout, you can either contact customer service on site or call us on 0800 081 100. After the purchase, the goods immediately become your property. We are not obligated to replace items that have been forgotten at the checkout. As a customer, you should always check after the purchase whether you have packed all items. However, we are happy to check whether the item has been returned to us. Please contact a co-worker from the customer service area at the store or call us on 0800 081 100.
