Can I change the content of my order after purchase?
You can change your delivery date after you have placed your order by going to ‘Manage orders’ on the Customer Support pages. You cannot add or remove any products after the order has been placed.
We know plans can change, but once an order is placed, it quickly passes through our system and we can't add or change items.
If you have ordered too many items, you can return them for a refund. Information on how to return can be found here
