Can I return a product by post?
If you cannot return your item in person to one of our IKEA stores in Austria, you can also send smaller items back to us by post.
Smaller items can be returned to IKEA by parcel, provided that your parcel does not exceed the permitted dimensions and maximum weight.
1. Check the parcel size
For a return by post, the following maximum limits apply:
- Maximum parcel size: 100 × 60 × 60 cm
- Maximum weight: 15 kg
2. Arrange your return online
