Can I return an IKEA product by post?
If you want to return smaller IKEA products, you can send them back by post, provided the parcel does not exceed the permitted dimensions and maximum weight.
1. REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS BY POST
The following maximum dimensions and weight apply to returns by post:
- Maximum parcel size: 100 × 60 × 60 cm
- Maximum weight: 15 kg
