If you are missing items from your order, we suggest that you first review your list of purchased items (or order confirmation) and open all boxes, as several items might come in one box. You can also head to Track & manage my order to ensure your order has not been split into multiple deliveries. If you still notice that you are missing an item, contact us through phone or chat during our opening hours. Please have your order number available, so that we can resolve your inquiry as efficiently as possible. If you prefer, you are of course also welcome to visit the Customer Service department at your nearest IKEA store.
