What can I do if parts are missing from my IKEA product?
If you have received a product or package with missing parts, you can order them online, collect them from an IKEA store or arrange delivery through IKEA Customer Service, depending on the type of part that is missing.
1. Check all packages first
2. Find the spare part number in the assembly instructions

- Search for the product using the search bar.
- Open “Product details” → “Assembly & documents” → “Assembly instructions”.
3. Can you find a 6- or 8-digit spare part number?

4. Can’t find a 6- or 8-digit spare part number?
Visit an IKEA store
- your purchase receipt
- or your till receipt
- If the part is in stock, you can take it home immediately.
- If it is not in stock, free delivery to your address will be arranged.
Contact IKEA Customer Service
- Open the chat on IKEA.at/contact.
- Enter “I would like to speak to a co-worker”.
- Or call us on 0800 081 061 – free of charge throughout Austria.

- or your receipt
