I have lost my invoice, can I still make a claim?
Don't worry if you've lost your invoice, there are many ways to find your proof of purchase!
Did you have a delivery for your products? If so, you probably have your order number or delivery note, both of which serve as proof of purchase.
If you were already an IKEA Family member when you made your purchase, you can also view your purchases in your profile.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family card if you used it when making the purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
