How can I raise a claim online?
Use our self service and claim online.
- Log into your customer account and navigate to your purchase history.
- Click on the affected order and then on “raise a claim” in the menu.
- Select the affected item(s), indicate the condition of the parcel and choose your desired solution (“Collection and exchange” or “Collection and refund”).
