Lost your IKEA receipt? Find out how to access your invoice online in your IKEA profile if you used IKEA Family when making your purchase.
If you showed your IKEA Family card when making your purchase, you can access your receipt online in your IKEA profile.
How to access your receipt
- Log in to your IKEA profile.
- Go to “Purchases & Orders”.
- Select the relevant order or purchase.
- Under “Options”, click “View receipt”.
You can then view your receipt directly online.
Important
The online receipt is only available if you used your IKEA Family card when making the purchase.
