How long do I have to make a claim after a delivery?
At IKEA we believe in a generous complaints policy.
So we offer you the option to report damaged goods or purchases up to 7 days later (14 days as IKEA Family member). This also applies to missing products.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
