Room Make over Raffle Draw

Promotion duration: 13 – 29 October 2023 

Valid locations: IKEA Dubai Festival City & Dubai Festival Plaza Stores Only 

Issue conditions: 

  • Customers with a minimum purchase value of AED 300 or more are eligible to enter the raffle draw to win one of five AED 10,000 IKEA Gift Cards 10,000 as well as a free interior design service for one room to the value of AED 750. 
  • Valid for IKEA Family members only.
  • Online transactions are excluded from this promotion.
  • Prize value: AED 10,000 Gift Card plus Interior Design Service worth AED750 (Total value AED 10,750 * 5 winners). 
  • Redemption conditions: The Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the standard terms and conditions applicable to Gift Cards as found on IKEA’s website.
  • There is no limitation on the number of times that a customer can enter the raffle.
  • Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum purchase value of AED 300.
  • Customer must provide their phone number that is linked to their IKEA Family profile prior to payment of the transaction in order to enter the raffle.
  • Customers will collect their raffle tickets from checkout after completing the transaction & meeting the minimum purchase requirement.
  • Winners will be announced at the end of the DHF activity on or before 5 November 2023.
  • Winners will receive an email to notify them to collect their Gift Card within 30 days of receipt of the email. Failure to collect the Gift Card will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected.
  • To collect the Gift Card, the customer must present the email received from IKEA & original Emirates ID or passport to the coworker at customer service counter.
  • Winning customers are eligible to receive one Gift Card only during the promotion period.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The interior design service prize will be contained in the email notification and it must be redeemed within 12 months.
  • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender. 
  • The Gift Card remains the property of Al Futtaim IKEA and may not be tampered with or interfered with, without our consent.
  • Customers are free to transfer the Gift Card to another customer if they wish to do so.
  • As the Gift Card is transferable, IKEA will not be responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
  • IKEA is unable to replace the Gift Card if lost or stolen. Misuse of the lost/stolen cards will be the responsibility of the card owner. IKEA will not entertain any claims in this respect.
  • Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards is not possible unless the Gift Cards are proven to be faulty or damaged because of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of IKEA.
  • Refunds of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be in the form of a return voucher only.
  • The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero.
  • In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value by an existing Gift Card and the other part by cash or credit/ debit card.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA processes the personal data based on a legitimate interest to administrate the promotion and to be able to contact the participants. By entering this promotion and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described above.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA employees and their families are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  • The Gift Card is issued by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the promotion at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the promotion beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  • The Gift Cards cannot be used by B2B customers, companies paying with VAT, in case of credit sales or special agreement. 
  • By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
