Missing PartsHarrietI did NOT get all of my curtain rods.
One was missing - I am disappointed.
The ultimate in curtain rods!MaryThe rods are strong - note: if you get a super long rod, you have to pull the smaller rod out completely, flip it around and reinsert it into the larger rod section… when you do that, then the plastic plug (the end cap piece needed to screw in a finial) fits perfectly. If you have trouble putting the plastic end cap in, flip the rod around… If you threw away the plastic piece (like my husband did 🙄) a soda bottle cap works too 😆. The wall brackets are awesome!! The design is superior to what you can buy at your local big box store - those do not allow horizontal adjustments like the Ikea ones do. The brackets were designed to be functional, they include self stick rubber glide stops that you apply to the rod hook, they keep the rod in place no matter how many times or how hard you open/close your curtains and they also include brace covers that beautifully hide the hardware on the wall. I’ll never buy anything else to hang curtains!

Theyre a little hard to force in, to the point where I thought maybe they were not the right part. Reccomend screwing in both sides before putting the pole up, taking them off and them when putting the pole up screwing them back on to make it easier. For some reason the parts that come seperate that are sealed smelled really weird? The smell went away after I wiped them down with a colorox wipe. but they had that kind of like feet smell that alot of drop shipping companies have? Not sure what it is
Curtain RodCarolThe rod slides beyond the bracket when I pull the drapes open. It's hard to keep the rod from moving in the bracket. For the money they are a good buy.

Racks Curtain RodsNancyHaving a large sunroom, I wanted to have greater views and less hardware around the windows. The Racka curtain rods are very sturdy and come in a variety of lengths. In fact, by joining them together, I have one curtain rod spanning 25 feet. The wall brackets are also very sturdy and are adjustable. You can buy any finial at IKEA or from somewhere else. There are curtain rings available so you can hang curtain by the clip rings or slip curtains over the rod.

Sloppy packaging and damaged rodSheilaWas disappointed when I opened the box and found the different parts all scattered throughout. It would’ve been nice to have the parts in smaller boxes or one larger plastic bag and then the large box it came it. Also as I hung the rods, I was down to my last two rods ( I ordered several rods for different rooms) I noticed one of the rods was damaged/bent. At that point I just let it go since I was so far into finishing up that project.
