Product details

Perfect for storing pickled vegetables, preserved berries or other tasty things from nature's pantry, as well as dry goods like pasta, granola, tea or yummy biscuits.

The rubber gasket and locking mechanism make the lid airtight and leakproof – keeping food fresh, preserving its flavors and preventing spills.

The glass makes the jar easy to use and clean. It doesn't absorb odors or become discolored by, for example, tomato sauce – and its transparency makes the contents easy to see.

The jar can also be used as a serving bowl - or as a storage container, helping you keep things organized throughout the home.

New gaskets can be ordered free of charge as spare parts to extend the life of the jar – so you can continue enjoying great taste and less waste.

Material

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
