Splinters easilyJordanI bought this cutting board hoping it would be a great first wood cutting board for me! Unfortunately, even after treating it with oil, and sanding it down once I saw splinters forming, it splinters very easily. It doesn't feel safe to use it in food prep. I think bamboo isn't an ideal wood for cutting boards, so I would only use this as a cheese platter in the future. I'm quite disappointed.1
