Doesn’t seem finishedJoshuaMy mortar/pestle do not look as finished as in these pictures. It’s still very rough on the interior and can see the gouges where it was carved out. A visible amount of stone dust comes off as I use it and the unfinished grooves get ground down
Works greatLoriThe bowl is large enough to handle pretty much anything, but the real surprise is the little bowl on the bottom! Easily grinds small amounts of herbs or whatever you need just a little of.
Works wellRebeccaGreat for grinding and blending spices, for crushing up nuts, or making guac. It's a bit heavier than I'd really like, but they're supposed to be so I can't complain.
