Lean fixed. Stable and works well. Wheels need more friction.RalphAfter assembly, the rack leaned to one side by an inch (2.5 cm). The lean did not increase, but it looked bad. To fix it, I firmly tightened the 2 pairs of screws and connectors (items 106498 and 10003302) where the bottom of each vertical post meets the base of the rack. I loosened the 6 long screw/connectors (items 10084881). I pushed the side of the rack against a vertical surface until the rack posts were vertical, and I firmly tightened all of the screw/connectors. The rack now flexes slightly if pushed, but the posts return to their vertical position. ____ A height adjustment button was stuck against the side of a height adjustment hole, so I loosened the top screw/connector, raised the top bar, and tightened the screw/connector while using my other hand to keep the inner/upper vertical post from turning. ____ The wheels can roll fairly well, but usually they don't swivel because there is insufficient friction between the wheels and floor.5
Collapsing after less than a dayElizabethUnfortunately, the rack began collapsing within a day. Despite the great price and attractive design, it can’t support weight and now leans so severely that it only stays upright because I’ve propped it up—and even that won’t hold much longer.1
Horrible product AlysonI bought this a few months ago. I assembled as directed but the rod leans to one side. When you put clothes on the rod you must even them out or they all fall in the floor. 3
Horrifically madeEvelynI have no idea what has happened to the quality of this rack but it is basically unusable. I had the same exact one from a few years ago and it lasted me +5 years. I’ve had this for 2 months and it just collapsed for the hundredth time. So frustrating.1
Clothes rackLisaThe clothes rack was easy to assemble ,and sturdy enough for several clothing items to be hung. I’m very happy with my purchase. Took me less than 10 minutes to assemble and rollers on the bottom make it easy to move around.5
WobblyGregPoorly made. 2
Does not hold much!JuliaThese are great for smaller use, I wouldn’t recommend these for daily use or even for jackets or large quantities of clothing. I bought two of these and the first one collapsed mid use. I just set up the second one to give it a chance again and after about an hour of hanging clothing on it, it collapsed again. 2
Broken before putting it upAnishaI bought one of these racks,
the little silver pin to secure the height was gone in one side, returned it- got a new one, same thing.
I tried it again and same exact problem AGAIN.1
Extra hanging room!SharonWorks perfectly! Even full of clothes. Rolls on wood and carpet. Purchased 2 of these. Well worth it!5
Very nice quality!GiniaEasy to assemble and good quality. Love it!5
great product and great value!Andygreat product and great value!5
RiggaElenaIt’s amazing5
SturdyAngelaSturdy and wheels move easily around laundry room. Which it had the storage shelf at the top instead of at the bottom.4
Wobbly and does not stand straightLi-YaIt's cheap so I probably should not ask for a high quality but the fact that it can't stand straight really annoys me. I bought 2 and putting them side by side only shows how tilted they are.3
absolutely no structural integrityCatevertical poles create so much tension and have the tiniest mount into the bottom of the rack. wheels are also not smooth so moving the rack around full of clothes caused mine to completely break1
LeansLillianaThe rack has cheap plastic wheels that prevent it from rolling. This rack seems to be purely for aesthetics and able to only hold a small amount of light clothing. A weight limit should be disclosed somewhere because this rack will start leaning in a couple of hours.. so prepare to screw a bracket onto your wall to keep it straight.
On the flip side, if you don't have enough money to spend on a nice rack or closet, 20 bucks isn't terrible for something temporary while you save up for something that actually holds...2
Leans terribly even with screws tightenedAnonymous reviewerFrom the start, leans terribly. I have all screws properly installed and tightened. Definitely not user error.1
Don't buy this KhrystynaDo NOT buy this. It is NOT sturdy. We have tightened all the bolts as tight as possible but it wobbles extremely badly and the metal bends. The posts are not secure at all. The wheels also don't role. This is a absolutely junk. We have two and both are the same dreadful quality. We will return. 1
Serves its purpose!DeborahThis is actually a pretty good rack! My only issue is once you use it for a while, it leans. That’s supper annoying and try to reposition as I can but still leans. Still works as it should though!4
Pretty not practical!NancyThis is a lovely rack if it is for display. If you are looking to actually store clothes keep looking.2
