GoodEstherInside these hooks, soft Velcro should be glued so that the curtain rod does not scratch against them or move back and forth. Velcro is completely useless. They don't stick, or they come off, or they twist and fall out. I just threw them away as useless.4

Very affordable and easy to install. Can use with Racka and Hugad rods with the holder you drill into the wall (forgot the name, the L - shaped piece) flipped to the long end if needed. I have Ikea rods and holders for almost all of my windows.

I love that I can decide what depth I want the inside rod to be compared to the outside rod - it allows for a lot more customization than the typical double rod brackets you find at in big box stores.
