Small sink quality build, tool includedAnonymous reviewerSink quality was good. The waste system supplied was not clear on how the corrugated pipe is connected to 40mm solvent waste pipe. A 40mm compression adaptor was required to purchase separately as it could not be solvent welded. With some good planning a neat compact install was possible. The washing machine waste pipe appeared to be a bit under size and required significant clamping with a jubilee clip to seal fully.
Overall terrible experience Anonymous reviewerOrdered this sink online as a space-saver for use on a narrowboat. The sink is fine and looks decent quality but the waste system supplied with it is the most ridiculous, convoluted and cumbersome set up you could imagine. It would have taken up the majority of the kitchen cabinet when fitted. It also has a drain plug on part of the u bend that will always be full of waste water....not a good idea. The sink came in a box which would literally have fit 4 sinks in it and surprise....that is far greater than can be returned which means it would all require repackaged. Furthermore the online chat advised me that they considered the return a change of mind and would incur a £25 return charge even though it would be collected from on of their regular pick-up and drop-off points, in my opinion very excessive! All in all a really bad experience and the chat service was useless. Lesson learned, don't use IKEA.
Great little sinkAnonymous reviewerI purchased this sink for my workshop, where space is limited, for hand washing and general cleaning. It is well made with robust feel and all fittings for the waste etc included. Would definitely recommend this product as it is high quality and extremely good value for money.
Boholmen sinkAnonymous reviewerExcellent sink , looks great , easy to fit . This is my second one replaced after many many years . Only problem I had was with clips to secure sink gave and them in bin ! Used clips from old sink , not a problem . I’ve fitted my kitchen but could not work out these clips ?
