ProtectorsAnonymous reviewerI used these for under plants to protect surfaces5
Very usefulAnonymous reviewerThese are great and I use them most days to protect the kitchen worktop from hot oven trays etc.5
Stinky, but not in a good way.Anonymous reviewerWe purchased two sets of the heat pads to protect the worktops, which they do, but having put the first set in a cupboard after use there was a bad smell every time the cupboard was opened. We assumed the first set had been put away wet, but upon opening the second set the same bad smell was present straight away. Unfortunately both sets have been thrown away, and therefre I would not recommend.2

What is cork?

Cork comes from cork oak bark which is carefully cut from the tree’s trunk. It then takes about nine years until the tree forms new bark that can be harvested. Since a cork oak can live to be aged 150-200, each one produces a lot of cork during its lifetime. Cork has several good qualities as a material: it’s lightweight, flexible, waterproof and naturally resists fire. We use it in furniture and accessories.
