Elderflower lemonade recipe

Lemonade ingredients

1/4 cup DRYCK FLÄDER elderflower syrup

4 1/4 cups cold sparkling or still water (1 liter)

3 lemons

1/2 cup mint leaves

Ice cubes

Step-by-step directions

  1. Squeeze the juice out of two lemons and set aside.
  2. Cut the second lemon into slices for garnish.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower syrup and lemon juice.
  4. Add the cold water and stir well.
  5. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more syrup or lemon juice, if desired.
  6. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the elderflower lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
