Chia pudding with smoothie & oat drink
Kickstart your morning with this delightful chia pudding! Bursting with fresh fruits and berries, it’s a nutritious and fulfilling breakfast – or a quick snack anytime.

Serves: 4 | Time: 15 minutes + 1-8 hours
Ingredients:

1 cup oat milk
1 cup LÅNGLUR fruit smoothie, any flavor
8 tbsp chia seeds
2 kiwis
1/3 cup yogurt (10% fat)
1 passion fruit
Mint leaves
Step by step:
- Combine the oat milk, smoothie, and chia seeds in a mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Divide the chia seed pudding into four glasses. Cover them and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Peel and mash the kiwi, and cut the passion fruit in quarters.
- Top each serving of chia pudding with kiwi, yogurt, berries, passion fruit, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
