Chia pudding with smoothie & oat drink

Kickstart your morning with this delightful chia pudding! Bursting with fresh fruits and berries, it’s a nutritious and fulfilling breakfast – or a quick snack anytime.

Chia pudding, red berries, kiwi and yogurt are layered in glass jars with a slice of passion fruit and mint leaves on top.

Serves: 4 | Time:  15 minutes + 1-8 hours

Ingredients:

Chia pudding with smoothie & oat drink

1 cup oat milk

1 cup LÅNGLUR fruit smoothie, any flavor

8 tbsp chia seeds

2 kiwis

1/3 cup yogurt (10% fat)

1 passion fruit

Mint leaves

Step by step:

  1. Combine the oat milk, smoothie, and chia seeds in a mixing bowl. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  2. Divide the chia seed pudding into four glasses. Cover them and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  3. Peel and mash the kiwi, and cut the passion fruit in quarters.
  4. Top each serving of chia pudding with kiwi, yogurt, berries, passion fruit, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
