Icing: Stir 9 ounces icing sugar, 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon lemon juice/vinegar to a smooth, quite thick paste. Apply with a pastry bag (can be made out of parchment paper).

“I love Christmas and IKEA, so contributing to the VINTERFINT, STRÅLA and VINTERSAGA collections felt like a dream. The design language is minimalist and geometric, inspired by modernism and folk art. In the patterns I play with scale and storytelling where the figures become part of a big and colorful Christmas celebration.
