Easy to use and deliciousMICHAELThis is a fun and easy way to make your gingerbread cookies. You just roll it out, use your own cookie cutters and bake.
The cookies come out delicious and you can say you made them yourself.5
A tasty tradition!Kari S.Pull gingerbread dough from the freezer and one hour later you can easily roll, cut, handle and bake these fragrant cookies. There is just enough dough to have fun with shapes and be done before it begins feeling like a chore. Bake right before family or friends stop in and your house will be all that more inviting! One of my favorite (easy) winter treats!5
Best Gingerbread DoughKellieThe gingerbread men we make with this dough always get rave reviews. Even people who say they don't like gingerbread, like these. The dough is so easy to roll and cut and produces deliciously moist cookies with crispy edges. We use homemade royal icing and decorate our gingerbread men. In the refrigerators where the food is sold.5

Way better than expectedAnonymousThis was a beautiful, sweet ,easy-to-use dough that was FULL of spicy ginger cookie flavor. They were pretty delicious and rolled and stamped well with cookie cutters.
Be mindful that you'll have to thaw in the fridge the night before, so don't be in a hurry to use these straight from the freezer.
PepparkakorSUSANNEGrowing up in Sweden, we would always bake “pepparkakor” before Christmas. I was so happy to find the dough at IKEA. So easy to make and delicious. Just the way I remember homemade “pepparkakor” tastes, and to continue the tradition with my daughter is priceless.5
When there's nothing elseHeidi H.This is a good quality dough. It's easier to roll out the dough if you knead it into a ball first. Won't stick to countertop or rolling pin if dusting the surfaces with flour first. Cookies puff and spread a bit in the oven while baking, but deflate after coming out of the oven. I tried shorter and longer baking time. Maybe freezing the cookies prior to baking would help. Good tasting dough, although as a cookie could have a bit more flavor.4
