Works well, easy to cleanTeresaI bought both sizes of Vinterrocka pans. I don't care for non-stick coatings, especially teflon since it eventually flakes into your food, and emits gasses that can actually kill pet birds! I generally just use a nonstick spray on my pans, or grease/flour them and it works fine. I baked a cheesecake with a prebaked graham cracker crust, and maybe the crust helped the pan from leaking, but then again, my cheesecake recipes do not require a waterbath. The cheesecake remained in the pan until it had been well chilled and ready to serve. The ring came off easily, and I just left the cake on the base, and then on a plate for easier serving. This was my first time using a springform pan. I learned that I needed to place the ring, connected, but not locked, onto a flat surface, and then drop the bottom into the ring. Once in place, I locked the clip, and seemed to form a tight seal. I had tried to attach the ring to the bottom , and it didn't work this way for me.5
