LOVE my 2 new Vihals - I recommend this productJoannaI bought two Vihals to put in the spare room, but not side-by-side as others have suggested. The storage is ample and the look is sleek and great!
I initially thought I could assemble these myself but was glad to have my husband's help. You have to count the holes on the bigger pieces before assembly to make sure you have the right pieces laid out - the pieces are not labeled. Also, this unit comes in 3 boxes and the pieces are spread apart in all 3 boxes - I foolishly thought that maybe you'd start with box 1 and then progress to box 2, etc.
I love these! Highly recommend and a great value for the prices.
It took us a couple of hours to assemble the first one, but we assembled the second in about 30 minutes because we knew what we were doing. What surprised me the most is that the doors lined up perfectly on first hang - no need for adjustment.
If you're questioning yourself, just buy this already!

really nice amount of storageLindseyJust assembled two of these today. For the most part, it wasn't too bad and they look good.
Pros: mostly good looking, the white with the mirror looks very sharp, awesome storage amount for their size. They are HEAVY and seem very sturdy. The holes for shelves give plenty of options.
Cons: the door stoppers were the singular worst things to put in, even the ones that went in well still damaged the area around them, the holes either need to be slightly larger or part needs to be slightly more flexible (rubber instead of plastic would make them immediately better). Everything assembled leaves a little bit of gaping that doesn't look great at the top. As someone else mentioned, space for another shelf but seemingly no way to purchase it. Lastly, it came filthy, with dirty dark fingerprints and markings all over the pieces, I'll have to look into how to clean it way sooner than expected. Just very discouraging to open the boxes and see piece after piece with black marks.
So good I needed to review a year laterJenniferOkay so I wasn’t originally going to interview it but today I received my wedding dress and the original configuration wasn’t going to work. This closet however is modular and able to change the location of the bar and so it really works to your needs. It’s been a great solution as someone who has a small closet that they share. Two of these wardrobes side by side has been the absolute best solution with great home storage and closet space. 10/10 product can’t recommend enough!!

Vilhals wardrobeEricThe wardrobe was a little difficult to assemble. I've been assembling IKEA furniture for around 20 years and the manual for this one was just a little too flimsy. I think there could have been a little bit more clarity in determining things like what was the front of the piece, instead of relying on a close-up of a panel that has a groove in it and the like.
Overall though, I am very happy with the piece and it is a lot bigger than it looked at the store, which is actually a plus!
