Misleading description SacThe product description said 24” wide, but the actual width is only 22.5”. I can’t hold them with pegs with 1.5” shorter in width. I would like to get a refund, but they are quite heavy to carry around. With the transportation fee and time, I may just trash them… extremely disappointed.
IKEA, can you make sure your dimensions are correct when you advertise your products??!

System width is not shelf width!CathrynOkay so this is annoying because when you filter the selves by width the ikea system includes system width!!! I order 6 21inch selves and it turns out to be 21 System width fitting shelves so actually 19.5 shelves came! I thought I doubled checked but I was unaware of this difference CONSIDERING the length and width (of the system) IS the one they use for descriptions. It should be the other way around.
Incorrect measurementsMicahThe measurements are about an inch shorter on the length and width. I was told by an ikea rep that its the size of the shelf they go in but they shouldn't use that size, its deceiving.
Falsely advertised sizeNancyI drove 20+ miles to get to this store, specifically for these shelves based on the listing description of 18" x 24". The label also states same dimensions. However, upon getting home to install, they are much smaller, measuring 16.75" x 23". Quite a discrepancy in size! Will be returning.
Toxic smell MichaelOnce I put these shelves inside the cabinets, the smell was overwhelming every time I opened the door. Returning all of the shelves and I'm going to have to custom cut shelves for all of my kitchen cabinets.

sizes are not correction shelf dimensions. buyer be wareBethread alot of comments above-often sizes wrong. it is not the customers fault here. ikea has done a poor job making it clear what depth and width the shelf actually is. You are NOT SEEING THE CORRECT size of shelf when you order it. Your seeing the size of the shelf once the shelf is in a cabinet even though you are just buying the shelf on its own. your getting cabinet demensions even though you are only buy the shelf and of course assume the shelf dimensions are for the shelf not the cabinet. big error on IKEAS part for not being clear and every should be given a super easy time with returns until IKEA corrects this problem. I am driving an hour to return but luckily I have more things to get. a real problem though. BEWARE
