Quite pleased!GretaI wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by this loveseat. I actually thought it was so comfortable I fell asleep and took a nap on it the first day I put it together. It was easy to put together and seems well made. It looks perfect in my home office.
Comfy and Lovely!PatriciaI really struggled with whether to purchase this sofa because the closet IKEA is nearly four hours away, so I couldn't try it out. After reading lots of reviews and watching videos, I finally purchased it, and I am so happy that I did! It is firm, but comfortable. I don't sink into the cracks like I did on my last loveseat which cost double the price of this loveseat. The cover fits nicely and looks great! Very happy with my purchase.
Looks good, feels awfulSusanI have a Ektorp sofa that I love, so I bought the Uppland loveseat thinking it would be similar, but it is not. I've had it about six weeks, but I simply can't sit on it and be comfortable. I've even moved it out of the room I bought it for, and put the Ektorp back in there so I can watch TV in comfort.
The seat cushions are just too high and hard. There is hardly any "give" at all when you sit on it, especially for a sofa rated as "soft". The back cushions are also too thick. You can't sit back far enough to feel like your upper legs are supported. And you definitely do not sink into this sofa. Napping on it? Absolutely not possible.
I'm giving it two stars because it feels well-made and looks nice, but it's just awful to sit on - and it wasn't cheap. I live a good ways from an IKEA store or I'd be returning this. I don't recommend this loveseat at all.

Upland Love SeatKarenGot sofa out of box - easy to put together and sturdy and comfortable.
However: both screws on one of the brackets between the back and seat were loose or missing. Had to find replacements and do the work myself. Then the cover had a hole in the seam.
