Makes a very versatile nightstandAnonymousI've been looking for nightstands for a while, and have had a hard time finding something utilitarian but not hideous. I finally decided to try one of these with a couple of the new mesh baskets. I like the look, though I realize it's not for everyone. I put casters on it, and because there's a hollow space both top and bottom, the casters are not really visible. And speaking of those hollow spaces...I put some large, strong magnets in the upper hollow to hide some metallic objects, yet have them be readily accessible. Works great! I guess I'm officially an Ikea hacker now.

Using as a dresser that my toddler can safely reachElisabethI was looking for a low dresser my toddler could reach to get dressed in the morning. This is perfect - the three small mesh “drawers” will fit her basic wardrobe and will nestle onto her closet floor, allowing it to be functional, safe, and ticked away, all while allowing her to gain some independence! My husband and I also use these in small parts of our closet to gain extra storage. The mesh bins look great. I only wish this size also came in natural wood.
