Broke ImmediatelyColleenThis product broke in multiple places, almost immediately. Upon assembly, the inserted pieces tore upon simply folding the cardboard-like material. After inserting the pieces into the main holder, the front part of the holder also tore off, with very little pressure applied. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

poor quality, good ideaAnonymous reviewerthis product fills a very particular niche for small paper organization — it works beautifully to separate envelopes, stamps, small notebooks for example. however the construction, dimensions, and quality are all wrong! the cardboard container is cracking because the coating is too stiff, and the inserts do not fit inside easily. would love for IKEA to try this one again in a different color, material, and with better dimensions for the inside compartments.
Poorly builtMillieI opened the package and followed the directions to fold over the sides, and when it came time to put one flap under the other three, the one side of this thing completely ripped. It’s made of thin cardboard or something. I know the response team will get on here and tell me to return it, but I ordered this through the mail since the closest IKEA is three hours away. Very sad about this.
