Cheap looking cardboard, yuckRoxanneThese things are fugly; just plain white cardboard and so lightweight, they're only suitable for storing papers, not magazines. To add insult to injury, mine arrived sealed in clear plastic (as if they were new), yet the items themselves were stained with big splotches of what looks like grease or oil. completely unacceptable that this passed through the shipping process without being replaced. I just threw them away. On a positive note, I can see how these things could be useful in a classroom for teachers or in a kid's room to keep their papers and drawings organized. The fact that the cardboard is white also means that they can be drawn on and colored, which some children might enjoy to add a bit of pizzazz.1
