Good Chair, Not Long LastingRyanI ordered 10 chairs and they all went together well and we exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, over time the plastic feet at the end of the chairs eventually shatter causing sharp metal to drag on the floor and scratch. As of now, it's not possible to purchase replacement parts for this rendering some of our chairs unusable without damaging our floors.
Assembling was too complicatedChristineWe ended up buying more expensive chairs that were extremely easy to assemble. When you need multiple chairs, spending hours assembling them isn’t appealing and I would rather spend more.
this model has lots of problemSunmiI bought a total of 4 chairs, but one of them is not level. I returned it today and bought a new one, but the new one is also defective. I assembled a total of 5 chairs, and while 3 are fine, 2 are defective. It seems to be a product with a high defect rate. I do not recommend this model at all.

Sturdy but Phillips head screws don't fit rightKimI bought several of these. Everything went together perfectly, except there are two Phillips head screws that hold the back rest on and they don't screw in all the way. I will have someone stronger than me try to get them in, but if they can't, I will have to return them. Otherwise, they are sturdy and heavy, and I think they would be perfect for what I need them for.
