BeautifulDonaldThese glass panels are way heavier than I expected. That being said they are very beautiful when installed in the actual Skytta frame. Very reminiscent of actual Japanese Sohji screens. Not too hard to install just have to make sure to set them correctly in the silicone gaskets. Once that’s done just lock the upper frame rail in place clamp the outer frame rails down and your done.5

I am very disappointed with the PAX sliding door system.
The instructions say that the frame should be assembled, installed, and then panels inserted. This is not realistic for glass panels. It is extremely difficult — almost impossible — to insert the glass once the frame is assembled due to the tight fit and rubber seal.
The process required excessive force and is not user-friendly, even with experienced help. This does not match IKEA’s usual standards.
The instructions are misleading and should be updated to reflect the actual assembly process.
Please advise or escalate this issue.

Excellent doors - Remove stickers before installTiepExcellent doors. Wish IKEA did not apply stickers to the glass pane. There is no instructions on manual to remove, but those barcode stickers on panel end up showing through in the end.5

Beautiful Doors!!!!MaryThe doors are beautiful. I love them. But I have to say the instructions are horrible!!! They give you an illustration book, like your an idiot, no written explanation. The doors themselves are easy to install. But I had to use the additional item to lower the ceiling. Horrible tweaking instructions, even called the ikea help desk, poor guy was clueless!!!! Said he would have to contact the company to answer my question. No time to wait on that. Had to take the thing partially apart to adjust the height. But mission completed!! Didn’t even need to use the screws that are in the board to adjust height.5

ClosetAlainWas able to get the parts at different long intervals. Although the closet is nice that assembly of some parts were very difficult, due to inappropriate manual explanation. Ikea staff were courteous and friendly.
