It's awesome! Ignore the bad reviews!MaryI had been eyeing this for a while for my Airstream RV kitchen, which (tho lovely) lacks counter space. But the reviews made me nervous! I decided it was worth a try considering the super affordable price. And .. it is perfect. Looks way more expensive than it is, is super functional for holding oils, spices, condiments, paper towels, clean dishes and more. If you read the instructions (or even just look at the instructional photos) it's very easy to install and adjust. (I did it easily myself). I do take it down when traveling, and re-install when we reach our site. I like it so much, I'm about to order another one.
Screw fell apartZawNo clue how much to tighten and then, it snapped, and the screw attachment fell apart. Garbage.

Finally figured it out assembly!RickyThe tightening mechanism is alittle counter intuitive! The pictures are not very good at explaining.
Part 1 - The small screws. Expand the rack so that the rack is touching both the bottom and top of the surfaces you want it to stand against. it's going to feel loose here and thats ok.
Part 2 - The tops should already be rotated clockwise as far as they go. I believe ~2 clicks is the max. Position the rack where you need it to be, then rotate the tops COUNTER CLOCKWISE to extend the top to tighten the rack. After rotating both tops counter clockwise, the rack should be super tight and held into place!
Impossible to setupRickyGenerally love Ikea stuff but these are impossible to setup. These are NOT tension rods so you'll have to manually get them in position. The locking system is not clear at all - I couldn't figure out how to get them to stay in place.
