Don't buyMayIt keeps falling to the front part. I do not put heavy things on it..only 2 pairs of spoons and forks. Absolute waste of money.

Truly, I'm appalled. the screws are the length of a grain of rice and you are supposed to screw them in with some god awful allen wrench while balancing this thing at the right tension on your countertop. OK. whoever invented this product should be ASHAMED.
I'm embarrassed that I bought this. RebeccaI really need a shelf to get things off the counter and was excited to find this, but it is complete garbage. Two of the rungs are placed so that a bottom shelf serves no purpose and a top shelf is impossible to use under a cabinet. I bought hooks, but they hang too low to use with a shelf. I tried different locations, turned it upside down, tried different arrangement with the shelves and hooks, but it's just a really thoughtless design. And it looks ridiculously cheap next to my other kitchen items.
Returning it has been equally frustrating. I purchased it online and live 2.5 hours from the closest store. It would cost me too much to return it.
Please don't buy this.
Perfect but not greatHannaThis was the perfect item I needed for my kitchen sink because of my sink faucet’s particular shape, but unfortunately it is lopsided due to one screw being better than the other and I cannot get it to stay upright. The caps that are supposed to go on the top of the poles are confusing and unstable as well. I wish I could give this a higher rating but it just isn’t uniform.

option. I ordered online. Way too far to travel. In person is not an option.
About this little bugger of thing: The right side (kia label to the back) slipped with the slightest release of tension. It was awkward trying to hold tension between top and bottom by jamming the arm in between the slots so the elbow could force the bottom downward while the hand pushed upward for optimum tension. I couldn't get that. It was still too easy to pull out.
It was only that side that was so difficult. Maybe mine was off kilter.
Would not screw inConnorReally disappointed... this looked like the perfect solution for my lack of kitchen space, but the final screws to secure its height would not go in. On one side, it would not catch the thread at all, and on the other side, it screwed in about a quarter of the way before refusing to turn anymore. I hope I can exchange it for one that can actually be assembled, but based on the other reviews, this seems to be a common issue.
Ok but not greatSusieIn principle, this was perfect. In reality, I never have been able to adjust the feet so it is lodged tight enough to not wobble.
MehMichelleThis product wasn’t a must have but definitely something I wanted for my counter top to get things off the counter and looking more organized. It was a bit difficult to get the screws in, but after a couple tries it went through. So don’t give up
