Does Not Lock ProperlyDianeThis is a really cute umbrella and a good value for the money if it worked properly; however, the lock does not function properly, so it would not be safe to use when it is windy. After locking, the locking handle almost immediately returns to the unlocked position on its own. Disappointed.2
