Perfect Night LightDeniseI highly recommend this little light. It is beyond cute! It gives off a nice light -- perfect on my desk in a darkened room when I enter. I love that it has a timer and I know it will go on by itself in the evening. I love it!5
Nice designMarjanI am very happy with my purchase. Am a little surprise by the previous reviews about the broken lock!! It's impossible to break the lock door except you force it or you twist the lock more than necessary. Use a small coin and twist slightly by following the indication next to the lock itself. Made of good quality plastic. I bought more to give away as gifts.5
Battery Lock BrokenHenryWas really excited for this drop, super bummed to find the battery lock broken upon opening with a piece of plastic rattling inside. Dropped off at my local store, was supposed to be waiting for a new one to come in stock but the store ended up just refunding.1
Beautiful, Stylish, Elegant, and good quality too.NikYes, it’s made of durable plastic material, but certainly NOT cheaply made. Actually given its flexibility in display forms it wouldn’t have worked if it was not plastic. The battery compartment cover is actually easy to open and close without causing any damage only if you use a coin to twist its locking mechanism while noting the marking next to it that indicates how far to rotate to release or lock the battery door. Obviously, applying excessive force would break any such thing. The great other advantage is that by putting rechargeable batteries in, you can simply recharge them using an USB C cable. I found it so nice that I got couple more to give as gifts. 5
Battery lock brokenKevinHuge fan of gustaf and the design, so I purchased multiples and every single one was broken when I opened the package. The little lock that holds the battery cover in place is a small plastic thing and is clearly manufactured incorrectly because every single one was cracked and the little peace of plastic is rattling around inside and the battery cover won’t stay on without it. You need to tape it. Very disappointed because I love the design. 1
Very cheapShanelI finally got my hands on one after waiting weeks, opened it up and it was broken and only worked while plugged into a charger. The small piece that locks the back in was broken and half of it had fallen into the lamp itself and you could hear it rumbling around in there. Also didn’t work after being charged and with new batteries in it. It’s an already cheaply made product but it just got worse : /1
Looks awesome, is a little cheapAlexandraIt's worth what you pay for it. Great design and look, but the bottom is pretty cheap plasticy and I managed to damage the battery door mechanism just trying to unlock it to install the batteries. Still, it's just a cosmetic flaw, and I'm very happy with the lamp. It has two brightness settings and I believe it turns itself off after six hours.4
Cool lamp!ZariLooks great in my bedroom. Made of plastic that makes it very light weight. The unusual color makes it a unique piece. Recommended.5
It’s NOT rechargeable AliceI foolishly assumed the USB-C port above the batteries would make this rechargeable. It does not. You can power it up that way but you must keep it plugged in at all times. It’s cute though.3
Love it!StephanieSuch a great design. Portable, rechargeable, and looks beautiful however you choose to display it.5
Super cute CamilleBut that’s about it. It’s plastic so don’t expect much. The piece to open the battery is a cheap plastic piece so it will snap easily. 3
