Our safety feature Anchor and unlock enhances the safety of your chest of drawers by significantly reducing, but not completely eliminating, the tip-over risk.

The safety feature means that the chest of drawers must be anchored to the wall in order to open more than one drawer at a time, which creates a safer environment at home.

By anchoring the chest of drawer to the wall, you unlock the safety feature and can open all the drawers simultaneously when needed.

The STORKLINTA series makes it easy to create storage with a modern expression for bedrooms and hallways. Combine the chests of drawers, bedside tables and PAX doors in a way that suits you and your home.

But the drawers are so annoying - Ikea's really gone overboard with trying to be protective. You're only able to open one drawer at a time. It's a minor detail but when you're trying to put things away quickly it's incredibly frustrating. Skip this step when building.4

Of all the furnitures I've purchased from Ikea over the last 15 years, this is the first one that stinks up the room. I purchased this for my 5 year old. I've always thought that Ikea furnitures are somewhat safer and have less VOC. But with this still-off gassing for several days now is a cause for concern. Too bad I can't return it because I assembled it a month after purchase and I threw away all box.1

Met my expectations TommyI previously had the Malm, and I had read some reviews of folks disappointed with this one in comparison, but that hasn't been my experience. It seems the same to me, other than some improvements actually. There's a mechanism that prevents more than one drawer from being open at once, which is kinda cool to me. I didn't mount mine to the wall, and this seems like it would help with tipping issues in that case. Maybe there's another purpose, but it seemed like a cool feature to me. All in all, assembly was the same easiness/difficulty to me as any IKEA stuff. The oak color is nice too. Simple and minimal. 5

Great value for the priceCarlosThis was pretty simple to build, and sturdy. I would recommend this item. A few draw backs are the hardware is very disorganized. I would highly recommend before starting to organize everything neatly to make it easier to build. Another down fall is that the material is a bit cheap. It’s compressed wood, which is ok. The down falls is that it is easy to crack and split. When moving the furniture around be very careful or it will break the wood. Overall you get what you paid for and this gets the job done.4
