SEGLORA cover is made of aniline leather which is the finest type of leather of the highest quality. As it ages, it becomes softer and gets a darker tone and fine patina.

Aniline leather has an unaltered surface that is treated with just a thin, protective coating. This gives it great breathability while retaining its natural look with marks that make each cover unique.

The seat and back cushions provide comfortable support for your body and easily regain their shape because they’re filled with high resilience foam and polyester fibers.

Good to know

The leather on this sofa will become softer and acquire a darker tone with time. This is natural for full-grain leather, which is treated with only a light surface coating for protection.

Due to its unaltered surface, aniline leather can have natural marks like wrinkles and scars, color variations and be more sensitive to sunlight, dirt, liquids and scratches than leather with full coatings.

Proper care keeps the aniline leather in top condition. Use the soft brush attachment on your vacuum and, if needed, wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth.

So comfy!NarndraWe got this when it was first introduced almost a decade ago. It aged beautifully and love the color of this sofa. The side pillows deformed over time, but I stuffed them with foam, so it all worked out. We are going to keep this for many more years.5
The worn store display looked better.Anonymous reviewerWe have been wanting this sofa for a long time, and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it 2/12/25 reviewed on 2/27/25. The back pillows appear to be from a smaller sofa and have a gap between them of 4-6 inches. the bottom 1 pillow looks like it was made upside down. If you grab the outside of the sofa edges ( at the top) the leather slides and you have to re-adjust everything to get back ( somewhat) to the squared off original look. I know, the sofa is "not broken in yet" but I am not complaining about the comfort. The gap between the back pillows at least is consistently large between the pillows, but there is not enough fabric to age into filling the gaps. It seems like this sofa was not made to the standards of the ones that were on display. Sadly Ikea does not allow pictures. When Ikea goes to respond to this review, please note that I have already reached out to customer service with pictures, their response was just to bring it back.... good idea.2

Love this couch!TeriThis sofa has a clean sleek look. It is very firm. So far it wears well. It is a great value compared to others I have been looking at. The bottom cushions are great! The spaces between the back pillows are just a little too big and I wish they were leather completely around just like the arm pillows. I love the feel and color of it!5

Id advice you to look into the store to see if color is what you are looking for, for me is a bit more orange than picture but I new what I was buying. What is not good is that not all surfaces are cover with leather and if you move the cushions a bit, an ugly fabric finish it's visible.4

After 5 years, recommendedAndrejI've had this leather sofa in my main living area for five years, where it has withstood heavy use and aged handsomely. A reviewer mentioned that the cushions off-gassed unbearably. My sofa has never smelled unpleasant. A different reviewer mentioned that the leather discolored unevenly with age. I would suggest it is typical with real leather to expect different cuts and thicknesses to age slightly differently. Also you can't expect a leather this soft to retain its form totally uniformly (as opposed to say a leather car seat, which is treated very heavily with chemicals to give it an almost plastic feeling). If you fit length-wise, this sofa is incredibly comfortable to sleep on. My only critique would be that the the seat-back cushions have cloth on their rear, which can sometimes be visible from behind the couch if the cushions have been disturbed. You can clean it thoroughly with a leather cleaner like Lexol and it will not get damaged.5
