Gorgeous at a great priceLisaThis lamp is better than expected. It was super easy to put together and the only challenge I had is that for some reason, I didn’t realize it needed three lightbulbs. I only bought two and I had to scrounge around the house to find the right one so make sure you get at least three lightbulbs for this beautiful lamp. The only thing that I would say to improve this lamp is the switch is a little short and kind of awkward to reach underneath the lampshade once everything is assembled so if they could’ve made that a little bit longer, that would’ve been better and I also think it would’ve been nice if this was a three-way lamp or it had some kind of dimmable function other than that it’s perfect for our needs.

Great Lamp!AnnetteStockholm is the lamp I've been looking for! Style blends nicely with modern MCM. Great supporting player that does not demand attention but excellent lighting source when needed. Get the recommended bulbs 💡 Perfect high low purchase. Shortcomings are the basic on off switch (still better than a pull) and black electrical cord. I know I will see this in many homes because this is an IKEA classic for sure!
High end lookKimberlyThis lamp looks like you paid $300 +. That travertine base is gorgeous and the gold finial is a nice detail! The shade is 20” in diameter in case that helps anyone.
Several issues AmyI love the look of this lamp. Pros: easy to assemble, modern but classic, base is heavy. Cons: the shade material is very flimsy - I had my order delivered and when I opened the box the shade was dented in multiple places. I thought it might settle, and I even tried to gently steam from a distance to see if I could smooth it out which seemed to work for 5 mins and then it reverted to dented in multiple places. This may be a once off shipping issue, but it’s just a flimsy material. The second issue is that the post wobbles if you bump it. It won’t topple thanks to the heavy base, but for the price I want a lamp shade that looks smooth and a post that is stable. I’m bummed to have to return this.
Beautiful lamp, ugly cordTatianaThe stark contrast between a slender, stylish lamp with a natural stone base and a cheap-looking, stiff, black rubber cord, the kind you'd see on corded tools creates a certain amount of tension and dynamism. You could tell your friends you DIY'ed this lamp and they'll believe you when they see the cord.
Elegant, good lightingCarolToo many modern lamps today are stingy with the light. Not this floor lamp. It provides great soft light, ideal for reading or just non-gloomy ambience. It's one of my favorite lamps for these reasons specially. It's modern simplicity at its best.
I would not put it in a den with unsupervised children though, as the stiletto lamp post is joined in the middle, and not too firmly either.

Has top and bottom diffusers, i.e. no glare, whether you're sitting or standing.
Heavy base, stands completely straight without a wobble.
Style is based on best of MCM and still fresh.
Neg: No dimmer switch - you'll need to add your own.
Assembly a bit tricky.
Switch location means dirty fingers could stain bottom diffuser permanently.
Top diffuser will need regular vacuuming.
Sum: Great value and a unique first-class design unavailable anywhere else, combined with solid build are worth putting up with the drawbacks for me.

This lamp is absolutely stunning. It is so warm and suits many types of styles. It is easy to use and assemble- just make sure that you hold onto the heavy base and pull the cord all the way through.
