Dangerously uncomfortable LeaWithout padding, the woven stiff paper feels like torture to sit in. Worst IKEA product I have ever owned. Do not buy.

i like it.
It’s rigid and provide good support for my back. And the heels are not on wheels are exactly what I need. My home hardwood floor works better with these than wheel.
