Faulty manufacturingAmandaI would give this 0 stars if I could. I bought 2 of these and when I took the first one out of the box I realized the pieces do not fit together, but one shelf in particular is completely warped and defective. It also looks like a slightly different color as if it was not even part of this set. Since I ordered two, I checked the other box and there was the same issue particularly with one of the shelves. AND I tried to use both of the seemingly ok shelves on one unit and it STILL did not fit together. This seems to be a new model and I hope that this manufacturing issue gets resolved because it is cute. I wasted over an hour on the help chat where they completely wasted my time and told me they could not refund or replace the items without ME taking them to FedEx and dropping them off even though I cannot transport them. They refused to arrange for pickup and did not even ask for photos of the issues. I then called the customer service and they helped me within 20 mins.
