I haven’t been able to use it yet because of the smell. None of the other mattress protectors do a good job against a toddler accident and I was hoping this more expensive product would be our answer. Shame we can’t even use it. 1

Very strong plastic smellMaggieFrom the moment I opened the bag, there was a very strong plastic smell. I tried washing and soaking the mattress pad and nothing worked. It is a sickeningly strong plastic smell. I am not sure if it's because of the way it's manufactured and in the reviews I saw that I am not the only one experiencing this problem.1

Well fitting mattress coverHelenI like that the mattress cover fits the bed well and isn’t too small, a problem I’ve had with this style of mattress cover (with the elastic corner bands). This one fits well and does the job.5
Mattress Cover works great!SusanneWe are using this mattress cover on the pull-out couch FRIHETEN, sleeper sectional (couch/bed), 3 seats. It works great even though it can only attach on two corners. It does not move, even when one moves around a lot on it (and the cover sheet). We have washed it about 10 times by now on hot setting and it is still in the same shape it was when we bought it. According to our experience things 'break down' sooner than that when the material or the way it is sewn, is poor. Another great buy!!5
